Every time (I mean it - EVERY TIME) I have to clean up barf, I wonder how many more times in my life am I going to have to do this.
Last night was epic!
Quinny said her tummy hurt, but she always says that.
We just got her ready for bed, and then we were conned into letting her sleep in our bed.
She went to bed really late, so it wasn't too much later that I got in bed with her.
I snuggled up, gave her a little kiss, and then fell asleep with her breathing pretty close to my face.
I had been asleep for less then ten minutes when she started crying.
I thought that she was looking for her burpee, so I pushed the bed covers to our feet and started rummaging around in the dark trying to locate the burpee.
Then it happened and happened and happened and happened.
Barf.
Then she laid back down.
I thought is was all over and the cleaning process could begin.
I was wrong.
She sat back up and it happened again and again and again.
I have never seen her or any other kid have so much come out of them at one time.
At that moment, Robert was taking Canon to meet his mom at Mesa Riverview.
This was my plea for help.
I figured I would add a picture to emphasize the urgency of the situation.
Here is the actual picture.
I'm not even sure she fully woke up until I put her in the tub.
In the end, I would like to bear testimony of how wonderful washing machines and bathtubs are.
But what I am most grateful for this morning is the BISSELL - Auto Care Proheat Portable Deep Cleaner.
Thank you, BISSELL, you have saved my bed from a lifetime of reeking.
P.S. Quinn feels fine this morning. She just walked in and I asked her if she was feeling good enough to go to church today.
She said no and then asked for pancakes.
"I'm really hungry, Mom."
